Now that Spring has sprung and with the days getting warmer, we are not using our wood cook stove much for heat. Last night was the first fire we have had in over a week. As a result, I am now using our propane stove for cooking and baking. When we were building our home, a friend of ours called one day to tell us that they had seen a propane stove at a yard sale and that it looked new. The price was right and our friend saved it for us until we could get there. I have enjoyed using this stove.
The other week, I decided to make some Raspberry Cream Muffins. I am going to make these for my local Farmer’s Market and have them along with my candles from our home business, Pauper’s Candle Company. I am excited to debut my baked goods. The Raspberries are from our own raspberry bushes and our chickens supply the eggs I need to make these muffins. I also use as many organic ingredients as I can. I use organic cane sugar, organic white wheat flour, organic vanilla, kosher salt, and non GMO baking powder. My thoughts are, if I am going to make some baked goods, why not use the best ingredients as I can. I love making good healthy yummy tasting food.
Here is the recipe for you to make and enjoy your own Raspberry Cream Muffins. I know you will love these!
Sounds good, thanks for sharing!
